Works For A Cleaner Greener Ebury Bridge

The council will start work on the estate from early March to see if a new ground source heating system could provide the new Ebury Bridge homes with heating and hot water. This system is much cheaper to run than electric and gas boilers.

Two test wells will be drilled over two and half weeks before pumping for four weeks. There’ll be boreholes drilled to allow ground investigations.

We’ll minimise disruption by limiting working hours and pollution, while maintaining traffic access.

Estate residents and near neighbours can refer to the factsheet recently mailed to them for more information (which can be downloaded here).

While the works are very safe, we encourage residents to contact us with any questions or concerns.
