Ebury bridge estate proposals

Westminster City Council launches new Ebury Bridge Estate proposals

We’ve launched formal consultation to the wider public on our plans to renew Ebury Bridge Estate. The proposals set out how we plan to build around 750 new homes, new public squares and deliver many other community benefits. We’ll seek planning permission for this early next year.

The project will help the City Council in our aim to build 1,850 new affordable homes in the city over the next five years. To give everyone the chance to see the emerging designs, we’re holding a public exhibition at the Ebury Studio (9 Ebury Bridge Road, London, SW1 8QX).

Members of the project team will be available to answer any questions you have.

The exhibition times between Monday 14 October and Saturday 26 October (excluding Sunday 20 October) are:

  • Mondays and Thursdays (11am – 7pm)
  • Tuesday, Wednesdays and Fridays (11am – 5pm)
  • Saturdays (11am – 3pm)

Feedback during this period will then be considered, before we hold another exhibition showing how our designs have changed, so don’t miss out!
