Safety on Site
Delivering the much-needed new homes as quickly as possible is hugely important.
We've assessed all the contracts working at Ebury Bridge and using Government guidance our contractors have put in place procedures to ensure they can continue to work safely on the estate.
The Government has said that construction work can continue if health instructions are followed. We’ve implemented measures on the estate to do this:
- Social distancing – Keeping a safe distance from other people
- Self-isolation – Contractors isolate if they or anyone in their household has any symptoms
- Travel – Contractors commute using their own vehicles, avoiding public transport, and temporary parking arrangements have been made on the estate
- Cleaning – Facilities are available to allow contractors to regularly sanitise
We continue to monitor and mitigate the impact on residents and neighbours by limiting hours of working, minimising any traffic disruption, and ensuring the estate remains easy to access.
