A ceremony to celebrate reaching the highest point in the construction of phase 1 took place on 25 September, and it marked a significant milestone in the regeneration of the Ebury Bridge Estate.
Reaching this stage is particularly exciting for Ebury Bridge residents who will soon be able to start registering their interest for the new homes - ready to move in around Autumn 2024.
CPG residents (Cristina and Ayssar), Westminster City Council, Bouygues UK, and contractors, celebrated this achievement by meeting on the roof of Block 8.
THE LEADER OF THE COUNCIL, ADAM HUG SAID:
“The height of ambition: It was a pleasure to join our partners at the topping out ceremony for Ebury Bridge Estate. The regeneration scheme will create up to 781 high quality homes, part of our drive to build more affordable properties
across the City of Westminster.”
