We’re delighted to announce that the plans for the second phase of the regeneration of Ebury Bridge have been submitted to Westminster Council’s Planning Department.
The plans bring to life the detail on the two taller buildings along the railway and the new homes on Ebury Bridge Road. It will set out how the new public squares will be built and the new retail offer along Ebury Bridge Road.
Over the past 21 months we’ve been consulting with Ebury Bridge residents and neighbours living close to the estate. Their feedback has been used in the final designs that have been submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Some of the key alterations have included;
• A stronger tree-lined boundary between the Ebury Bridge estate and 1 Ebury Bridge
• A curved pedestrian entrance at the North end of the neighbourhood to prevent bicycles racing down the steps
• Strict management controls on non-residential uses such as community spaces or management hubs.
If you would like to view and comment on the planning documents they can be found on the Westminster planning portal.
