Good news – Fabiola’s Apprenticeship at G&T
Fabiola is the newest addition to the Gardiner and Theobald (G&T) team. By signing up to the Employment & Skills mailing list at WCC, Fabiola managed to be kept in the loop and receiving job opportunities on a regular basis.
She applied for an apprenticeship at G&T and planning to develop skills both by studying and learning hands on. She is focusing extensively on supporting other apprentices, as well as working on the Social Value project. Fabiola is pursuing a professional degree while working at G&T, therefore she’s part of a two-and-a-half-year programme.
Fabiola said:
“This apprenticeship is more than a job for me, but being a part of the change in an industry that needs to break down barriers and help to create and shape environments that represent and include the diverse society that we live in. As well as that I enjoy being a driving force, leader and role model to others who like me want to get into the industry.”
