The vision for the Ebury Bridge Estate is to set a new standard in estate regeneration.
In partnership with Ebury Bridge residents, Westminster City Council is taking forward a scheme that will see up to 781 new homes built, with over half being affordable and a new neighbourhood to enhance physical, social and economic sustainability.
The first phase of Ebury completed in 2024 and you can read the press release here. Enabling works on Phase 2 began in February 2026.
